Air Liquide’s Summer Internship Program introduces fresh, young talent to the professional business environment at Air Liquide - the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment. Our summer interns gain valuable professional experience as they learn what it's like to work for a global corporation. Interns have opportunities to apply knowledge and skills learned in the classroom as they contribute to major projects that impact the company’s bottom line.

During a summer internship at Air Liquide, college students build the foundation for a successful, rewarding career. Summer interns take advantage of many opportunities to learn about themselves and what they want to do – or in some cases, what they don’t want to do – when they graduate. Mentors help interns develop career goals, as well as the skills and core competencies needed to achieve their goals.  

Networking is essential in the early stages of your career. At Air Liquide, summer interns are invited to attend networking events where they meet Air Liquide employees at all levels of the company - including senior-level executives.

Our summer interns are treated as top talent with high potential to succeed in the company. Top performers are often offered full-time, salaried positions after they graduate. Many of our summer interns are recruited to join Air Liquide's ALLEX Program, a two-year rotational program for college graduates. Direct-hire positions are also available for college graduates.

• pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial, food process engineering), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Supply Chain Management; and, 
• have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
